      For you to receive credit for the course, your mentor must send an email to Olivia@epi.ucsf.edu by 5PM on September 26, 2014, stating that s/he has reviewed your UCSF‐formatted CV and written career plan with you. Olivia will reply to your mentor confirming that this email has been received. Please note that the CV and career plan themselves need not be turned in. However, it is the student’s responsibility to make sure that the mentor has emailed (and received confirmation from) Olivia no later than 5PM on 9/26/14.
