      For project people: Submit a revised/close to final draft of your evaluation methods section including the evaluation scope, questions and indicators.

      For non-projects people: Write a brief summary of the value of the findings of Bendavid and colleagues for policymakers making decisions about resource allocation. Prepare a response to Patton based on this perspective.
