Description
By the end of the calibration sessions, the graduate learner will:
- Understand the concept of calibration
- Understand the importance of regular calibration training
- Use practical thinking skills when evaluating student performance
- Use critical thinking skills to self-assess personal summative evaluations
- Connect formative feedback with summative evaluation in order to promote student learning
- Understand how calibration promotes the team approach in clinical education
- Be more interested in achieving and maintaining high levels of calibration
- Use the model provided in the lecture as a method to conduct calibration training
