can you spend more time explaining this risk model decision curve?

the re-explanation in class didn't clarify things for me

perhaps more examples to think through? with detailed steps of your analysis and thought process?

for example, where did the 1000 come from in the denominator of slide 65?

Dr. Kohn said he was using a 1 in 100 for the other denominator, but then said he should of used "99" but didn't say way. what does that mean?

I still don't understand the all treat line and the cut off of 1.66% and I was confused like the other student who asked the question about why 1.66 and not 1%?
