I think it is a very good idea to intervene on housing since it is an upstream factor influencing these various health disparities faced by the transgender communities. I also agree with targeting clinics that are already serving these populations. I think the next step may be to reduce any further disparities in accessing these clinics (even within this population) so that the community may get full access to these new interventions you have proposed.
