Presentation Format and Instructions

Hello all -

Thanks for your patience as we devised a plan for the presentations for next week. Below I will list who should use which Zoom link to be in either my group or Ellicot (Ellie) Matthay's group. Ellie is a post-doctoral fellow (PhD in Epidemiology) in the Center for Health and Community with extensive background in the content we have been covering.

In terms of format, we will use the “share screen” option on Zoom, and go in the order in which you are listed below. Let me know if you are not familiar with this. We should have 8-10 minutes for each person, so the plan is for 5 minutes presentation and 3 or so minutes for questions for each person.

Please have your chat box open, and you can post questions as other people present (or ask orally at the end). In addition, Ellie and I will give 1 minute warnings for each presenter.

You can email me your paper directly or post on the forum by the time of class.

Thank you all so much for your engagement in this class. Please complete the evaluation when it is sent out to you, so we can continue to work to improve the course! I look forward to hearing about all of of your work in the future.
