My name is Damé (pronounced Demay) Idossa. Can be addressed at Damé. I am currently a 3rd-year oncology fellow (PGY6) interested in breast cancer, health disparities/equity work. I'm currently in the process of cleaning 2 different datasets for analysis - one focusing on mentorship experiences of UIM trainees in heme-onc subspecialties and another one looking at ethnic/racial differences in PROs (patient-reported outcomes) in patients with breast cancer.
