Hello, I'm Katie (Kathryn) Sullivan. I'm a second year pulmonary critical care fellow at UCSF. I grew up in the Chicago area and have lived on both coasts, but west coast is the best coast! I did medical school at University of Chicago and residency at UCSF. I'm interested in health disparities in critical illness as well as if/how social and environmental factors influence acute illness. My husband and I welcomed a puppy into our home last year. Her name is POPPY and she is a mini-schnoodle (schnauzer poodle mix). She's a little spunky creature who we adore and who often accompanies me on zoom calls. Looking forward to working with you all!
