At office hours it was clear that some people were having trouble accessing EBD-2 from the library. I added an entry near the top of the CLE that has a link that should take you to the UCSF library's entry for the book. (Make sure you are on the VPN.). From there you can download it free.
The website, ebd-2.net is free to the world. You don't have to have purchased the book to use it. Tell your friends!
