I think what would be helpful to use the logic model to make clear of all the inputs, outputs, and outcome-impact. For the process measures, Elizabeth brought up in small group about using a process map to identify potential process measures you may want to collect. Adithya brings up the good point of starting with the objectives of the project. While program evaluation, as Janet mentioned in class, happens once the program is in place, we can think about all these measurements we want to evaluate our future program on now and know that these measurements may change depending on how the program changes from your original drafting of it.
