Hi Friends,
Dan and I both look forward to seeing you all in class tomorrow (Thurs Oct 15). A couple of notes:
1) Assignment #1 (abstract for your proposed study) - we only see 10 submitted, if you have not submitted, please do so before class this week (it was due last week). You will then have a week to comment on each others' abstracts if you have not already done so.
2) We will switch the session topic to interviewing (Interviewing Practicum) this week, and will work on your data next week (Oct 22). If you have data you would like to bring in on Oct 22, please plan to do so - we'll touch base about that tomorrow. For tomorrow, please briefly review the video course on data collection, focusing on the interview part of it. Also, for your planned study, please spend a couple minutes thinking about what questions you might ask participants if you planned an interview or focus group.
