Thanks for your responses. I'm sorry about the delay in getting comments to you. Your two arm RCT idea with the education intervention is interesting. Depending on your study population and the time period of the intervention, it would be interesting to see how stress is affected by both fo the arms. If the population has food access issues, nutritional education, arguably, could be stress inducing. The parenting education could reduce stress over time.
