Our latest masterpiece (EBD-2, Chapter 3) is posted on the page for Thursday's lecture. The version there now (2017-0926) replaces a version Michael posted 2017-0923 that had a mistake that Ben (Breyer) found. If you downloaded the 0923 version, just be aware that there's an error in Example 3.1, #2: the LR should be 0.41.
