Homework 3, problem 3 asks for chi-squared tests, odds ratios, and confidence intervals for the co-dominant, dominant, recessive modes of inheritance. Someone pointed out that the Stata cci command provides a chi-square test with 1 degree of freedom, but the co-dominant model global chi-square test requires 2 degrees of freedom (3 genotypes-1).
