It is unfortunate that I missed the awesome presentations during our last session. Lauren Foster's discussion around digital interventions resonated with me because I am similarly exploring digital interventions to improve outcomes (my area of interest in is prostate cancer clinical trial participation). I think she elegantly described the ways we can leverage technology to address disparities however need to do so thoughtfully. I was also fascinated by Ilya's food security and nafld disparities research. the food security nafdl question seems to be a very natural extension of the work that Hiliary has started in telling the story of other metabolic syndromes as highlighted by Ilya. I was struck by the complexity of the map Ilya presented with the variable contributors to the observed disparities.
