Lots of great discussion and questions after the session this morning! I'll post a few (paraphrased) questions and let the group offer various thoughts on it, and some reflections of my own as well...
1. (from Teresa Bleakly) - "It seems that most of these frameworks and theories come from the US or Europe - how applicable are they in other countries and settings?"
2. (from Dan Kelly) - "Should we be thinking of this stuff causally - and perhaps with that lens that the factors in theories that we touched on today could be thought of as exposures and the cascade steps as the outcomes?"
