To ensure you can recall the finer points of the sedation procedure, since it is likely it will be some time before you have an opportunity to use this knowledge, please create a portfolio post (and submit the URL) that addresses the following, and feel free to add anything else you believe will be beneficial to you when the time comes to perform this procedure.

  • Date of clinic exercise
  • What are some ways you can facilitate the greatest possible relaxation for a patient undergoing sedation?
  • What are some aspects of the machine you want to be sure to recall when the time comes?
  • What else do you feel is essential for a maximally successful experience?

I expect you will complete these notes no later than one week following your training, and recommend you do it the same day for maximum effectiveness.
