Automatically open a new log, include date and time stamps

The syntax of ^doanl^ is

        ^doanl^ filename

^doanl^:

 1. closes any open log.
 2. opens a new log (filename^.log^); see help @log@.
 3. drops all data and programs.
 4. executes filename^.do^; see help @do@.
 5. closes the log.
