  • Lecture: Race, ethnicity, social class and conceptual frameworks

    Introduction to terminology used to classify race, ethnicity––how to measure. Other constructs relevant to disparities methods such as social class, wealth, culture, and education. Examples from clinical research studies will be used to illustrate the points. Presentation of Conceptual Frameworks used to understand mechanisms of Health Disparities.
