Success in the changing health care environment is dependent not only on clinical expertise but upon the knowledge and understanding of the influences of administrative and organizational processes. This course presents the specific administrative and planning skills required for physical therapy practice in a
variety of settings, including business development. Each class session will consider organizational issues that can impact daily physical therapy practice and will discuss management principles and concepts that can be applied to a variety of scenarios.
