Goal: To develop a more capable workforce by enhancing staff competencies and capacity relevant to diversity, equity and inclusion, in order to leverage these toward achieving and sustaining campus-wide excellence. 
Learning Objectives:
 Understanding of foundational concepts for Diversity, Equity and
Inclusion
 Considerations and tools for creating an inclusive climate at work
 Professional development
 Contribute to university community addressing unmet diversity needs
Format:     
4 month commitment: Nine 2.5 hour sessions
Group discussion (2xs/ month)     
6 Core required lectures; 3 Electives (of 12)
