This course addresses specific exercise applications paired with manual therapy concepts previously presented, and the relationships of exercise prescription with specific demographic targets for maximizing program variable adaptation. The course will build off material presented in PT 218a,b, and c, and provide practical information on exercise prescription for clients with a wide range of special circumstances, activities, and needs. An overview of each unique presentation and the effects of exercise on the conditions, as well as critical timing variables, will be presented in a selected topics format.
