Myresearch version of Stata and Table1 or Outreg

I am having trouble with getting Stata within myresearch to use the table1 and outreg commands. It states they arent recognized. I have talked to others that have been able to get this to work which is odd. It seems like most of them have been using the StataSE 15 in myresearch instead of StataMP 15. Unfortunately I can't get StataSE 15 to open within my research.

Is there anyway for the table1 and outreg commands to be available in both versions of stata? This hasnt been a problem with any of the previous commands that required uploads from the IT department so I am not sure why it is now. Finished the assignement in the lab while in class but cant get the table outputs to copy into the mark doc which is a bit of a problem.

Not sure if anyone else with myresearch has had this problem.

You definitely can't get the StataSE version working? What error are you getting?

Unfortunately not. I have tried a bunch of things including uninstalling and re-installing the app.

I am using a mac so I am trying to open StataSE 15 through the Microsoft remote desktop app. When I do instead of it opening the remote desktop with Stata in it is stops halfway through with a window with a black screen. When I open StataMP 15 it does the same process but instead of a black screen it opens a window with stata in it.

How strange. I emailed Dale at myResearch and will hopefully hear back from him soon. I'll let you know as soon as I do. 

In the meantime, you could try using one of the student center(walking desk) or library computers.
