Thanks to several of you, especially Jean Digitale and Teresa Kortz for finding typos!
I don't think the Chapter 2 typos would cause much
confusion, but those for Chapter 3 might have.
I've posted a new version of Chapter 3 to the CLE. The main fixes were on the top of page 3, the
LR+ for a WBC < 5000 was given as 57, but it should be 80.5. Then right below Table 3.4, the LR for a WBC
of 5000 to < 10,000 of 6.4 should be 27%/4.2%, not 27%/6.4%.
Keep those comments and fixes coming!
