Dear Students,
At the suggestions of students attending my office hours on Tuesday, I added two more rows to Table 4.2 in the spectrum bias section, for "wellest of the sick" and "sickest of the well." I expanded the text in that section to cover those possibilities as well.
All of the changes are at the end of Table 4.2 and on page 22 of the Word document. The changes have not had the benefit of Michael's careful eye for errors because I just finished them and wanted to post them in time to possibly be helpful for the HW assignment. If you find mistakes, let me know.
