Hello JC Members!
Please join your colleagues and faculty on Wednesday, 1/30/19, at 4pm in N217 to learn about an exciting opportunity for trainees in the UCSF School of Pharmacy and the psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) program in the UCSF School of Nursing to work together to improve patient access to mental health care in California and beyond.
We will be discussing the Dyad Training Program, which matches PMHNP and clinical pharmacy trainees to develop skills in mutual collaboration and consultation. This involves a variety of experiences and opportunities in the classroom and clinic, as well as use of technology to connect. You are already attending journal club - this counts toward the program! You can earn a certificate for completion of the program - highlighting extremely desirable interprofessional skills to future employers.
Questions or comments? Please send an email to Chelsea Landolin (chelsea.landolin@ucsf.edu)!
Thanks,
Chelsea Landolin (SON), Patrick Finley (SOP), and Seth Gomez (Alameda County Behavioral Health)
