IT Service Desk – Account/login issues, computer hardware, Zoom technical issues, file storage (Box, OneDrive), Microsoft/Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Teams)
The IT Service Desk is available 24/7 to support a wide range of account, hardware, and technical software issues that can impact teaching. Education Technology Services (ETS) – Classroom Scheduling and A/V Support, Lecture Capture, Media Production Services, Zoom Consulting and Support
Educational Technology Services operates the Classroom Capture System Mediasite and provides on-site and remote event A/V support. ETS also runs the 25live classroom scheduling system provides professional media production services (video recording and editing) for an additional fee. They also provide zoom webinar hosting services and zoom meeting support (sometimes for a fee).

Supports students with UCSF and SON’s admission and clinical requirements, tracks student clinical compliance through CastleBranch, manages clinical placements through InPlace, verifies preceptor credentials and manages training affiliation agreements.
