Hi all,

One person today had asked about additional genotype cluster examples:
- Your reading for this week, Bycroft 2018, page 12 shows some nice rare variant examples.
- In addition, an Affymetrix best practices genotyping document shows a lot of cluster plots (both good and bad), and might be informative:

In addition, another person asked for more reading that they could do for answering the question with the pedigrees and determining if they were dominant, recessive, etc.. I've now uploaded an additional file called "assignment_3_answers_extra.docx" which walks you through an approach that could be used to solve these problems.

There's also a wikepedia page on Mendelian inheritance that might be helpful:

Please also feel free to stop by after/before class or e-mail to arrange another time if you'd like to discuss anything.

Best,
Tom
