Try Googling broad Institute and haploreg. I found a different version of what they showed in class but it seems to work

The issue is it should be https, not http in the link. I.e.,
https://pubs.broadinstitute.org/mammals/haploreg/haploreg.php
Then it should work for the variants in the assignment.
