I'm wondering if there is any data out there on the mechanism by which these reminders prevent errors. Presumably errors are caught during the debrief itself, though it is also possible that the presence of a debrief will cause staff to be more careful up front. During the secret shopper study, was any data collected on the number and types of errors identified during these debrief sessions?
