I was wondering if I could get some more clarification on what miss classification of outcome means? I am not seeing this in the chapter, does this go by a different name? Also is there a section in the chapter that looks at how co-interventions could cause bias in studies?

By misclassification of outcome we mean some people who were classified as having the outcome (e.g., AAA death) did not and/or some people classified as not having the outcome did. Since it is usually pretty easy to tell if someone died, the concern would be an AAA-death that was misclassified as a non-AAA death or vice versa.
