Final Question Clarification (problem 1c)

Final Question Clarification (problem 1c)

This question gives observed ECG interpretations from a resident and an attending physician.  Part 1b asks us to calculate expected agreement and fill out a table.  Part 1c tells us that the paper reported observed agreement to be 68.5% and asks: "Does this simulated data give the same answer?"  What is the "simulated data" you are referring to?  Is it the data laid out in the first part of this question or are we supposed to use the expected agreement data that we find in part 1b?

Thanks!

The question reads:

Gershon (1) compared the scores of an attending emergency physician and an emergency medicine resident on 311 patients.  Here are simulated results:

The data in the above table are the "simulated data" referred to in part (c).

FYI, the original paper did not report the actual results, so I created this table to more or less match the results of the study.  That's why I refer to them as "simulated results".
