There have been several questions about this - from class you should know that if a variable is not significant the confidence interval for the coefficient must include 0. You do not need to calculate the confidence interval here, just indicate why the interval given in the table cannot be for this coefficient since it is not significant. Similarly, why is the confidence interval for Diagnosis incorrect?
