Great job with this christina.

i think pt satisfaction is hard in this population- but i liked your plan for assessing any change w/ the cranium intervention--one might think that if the patient can obtain more primary care in 1 visit or with 1 Mental Health provider, there may be improved satisfaction at reduced number of visits, etc.

one challenge with the CRANIUM site to store values and ensure "portability" comes from my own clinics roll-out of an EMR-- one could envision providers (who have access to LCR) having to use both LCR and CRANIUM and having to open multiple sources of data- leading to frustration. Likewise, say diabetes mgt became complex and required either consutl to primary care or diabetes clinic- lack of access to cranium or other sources of information would be a barrier.

I *THINK* that CRANIUM in a sense aims to improve portability of the pts labs, etc-- which i think is a really good goal. eric coleman in his transitions works talks about how in all these handoffs, the only continuity is the patient and patients family members- so trying to do this seems a good idea (not sure if this is what you are going for)-B
