When I read your posts, its hard to imagine that something isn't already in place like you mentioned counseling patients on wearing SPF 50 sunscreen or having eye exams every 6-12 months if on plaquenil. Are you suggesting a brief mention of teratogenic effects of medications when prescribing or are you suggesting more in depth counseling?
