I think you can add to your predisposing know- belief/value- intention by going back to your original goals, which i think was to screen those patients who are prescribed 2nd gen anti-psychotics and at risk for metabolic complications of these medications. (so maybe its like know- 2ndary antipsychotics assoc w/ DM develpment, and that this is undertreated; belief/value- want to prevent harm from med SE; intention- intend to keep psych patients healthy....
