Hi Lindsay,

Part A looks good!  You might get more specific about “OR Staff”… those in one particular unit?  And with the platform, might mention whether it’s “deidentified” or not…  Also, because there are so many key actors involved with OR turnover time, you might need to post in multiple areas? 

PER Worksheet is also right on target! You might begin to think about whether there might be some simple baseline assessments you could make based on some of these key constructs.  The most important ones could be measured now to get an idea of where your biggest challenges or opportunities lie.  For example, a survey of what current beliefs and values are—FROM YOUR FRONT LINE PROVIDERS AND STAFF—about the value of reducing turnover time, the barriers to reducing turnover times, or the perceptions about the severity of the problem… could be pretty enlightening!
