Thanks Lindsay. It made it somewhat easier that our outcome of interest was clinic attendance. We traced all participants at the end of the study who were no longer in care at the original clinic. I think the key ingredient is that we have a great field team! They did a tremendous job finding people - traveling to other islands or different cities on the mainland to look for people for whom they sometimes had only very general directions on where they had moved to.
