Are we suppose to add two files to the assignment section, the "Do" file and the "Log" (SMCL) file ?

That is correct, you upload 2 files. your "do" file which has code and comments and instructions and is an "executable" code file and then the ".smcl" stata markup and control log that shows both output and the code that generated it. When grading, we also have to compile the .do file and make sure it executes without errors and generates a matching .smcl output file. : ) . If there was any confusion, you still have time to revise your submission until the due date and time. it is only 2 points at the end for a file executing perfectly, but the both files are part of "showing your work" as in math classes so we can see that you understand what the code is doing.
