Some help....REDcap Assignment question

Q. In the data for Honoria and Rubeus, there are a few missing information, for eg: the score for the first two exam in Honoria’s data. What are we supposed to do in that case and is the form to be marked as complete or incomplete at the end of the form? 

Q. In the step "Piping" as we enter the name (add field) for one id, it automatically displays the same name for the other Id. 

-How to solve this? 

-Is there a way to delete the exam entry?  

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Pallavi,

For Q.1, Yes, there is some missing information for Honoria and Rubeus which reflects the real life data collection scenario where incomplete forms like these are not unexpected. But for this assignment, we are not assessing the completeness of the form. You can either leave it as complete or incomplete.

For Q.2, When you enter " Name: [first_name]" in the add field, the exam record takes the first name of that particular subject. If I have understood your problem correctly, you might have typed the name Rubeus or Honoria instead of typing "[first_name]". Please check if this is the case, otherwise let us know how you are entering data in the input fields.
