I was trying to start the first part of part 2 of the midterm and it seems we are to import an excel document with .xlsx extension. Is there another way for importing this type of file? I did not see it in the lecture slides. Thanks!

you can type import excel "path\filename" or u can also import from the stata menus and specify excel
