I was wondering if people made their mRNA/miRNA variable a categorical variable? Also is there an easy way to set all non 0 values = to RNA being expressed?
Hi Sarah! Have your question been resolved or are you still working on this issue? I think a similar issue was discussed by Jeremy and Emily in the other thread on the forum. They proposed a possible solution. Please let me know if you still need help.
Well I did the remove zero thing and ranked it to the top 50, but I'm unsure how to get orange to efficiently display all the miRNA variables on one graphic
Sorry for not responding earlier. I have just looked at your work and I think you've done great. Heat map was an elegant solution! And interpretable as well.
