Hi Josh,

I tried to use REDWrap to convert my REDCap data into normalized tables in Access (on MyResearch) for my final project, but I've gotten this error message twice: 

"Error #3011 - The Microsoft Access database engine could not find the object 'tsysRCDataImport'. Make sure the object exists and that you spell its name and the path name correctly. If 'tsysRCDataImport' is not a local object, check your network connection or contact the server administrator."

Is there an easy fix to this?

Hi Matt,

Is it possible that you tried to import your data while you had the .csv file open (probably in Excel)? As noted, that will cause an error.

Cleanest approach is to download a fresh copy of REDWrap, then import your data dictionary and your data from REDWrap.

If the error persists please let me know, we'll sort it out.
