My table is made from five ttests, whlie my figure is made just from a list of 3 variables.
Do I really need separate log files for both, even though the beginning part loading the data, merging them, etc. will be identical?

It shouldn't be too much work to separate the sections of the log files when you copy them into the pdf file, and it makes our job much easier. So yes, please separate the log files.
