Hello Everyone, I am excited to take this course. My name is Dieter Adelmann (Pronounced dee-ter). I’m originally form Austria, where I went to medical school, completed my PhD and an anesthesia residency. After residency, I came to UCSF 6 years ago for a fellowship in Liver Transplant Anesthesia, and joined faculty after fellowship.
I currently working on an EMR data based research project (to assess the association of hypotension during anesthesia in kidney transplant recipients on graft outcomes).
After some self guided learning, I am long overdue for a structured series of courses in biostatistics.
