Hello all!
My name is Melissa Carvalho (she/her) and I am a new incoming Ph.D. student in the Global Sciences Program. My research interests lie in global cancer control and leveraging implementation science approaches to build breast/cervical cancer screening and diagnostic capacity in low and middle-income countries. I am not currently designing a study but will be in two years for my dissertation project. I am also not currently involved in any primary data collection but will be analyzing a dataset during this Fall quarter.
