Regarding "Unmet need for abortion and woman-centered contraceptive care" I agree, I believe that access to methods of contraception can vary a lot between sociodemographic groups also in Mexico. (Fertility differences by socio-economic subgroups was found by Bongaarts) I think it's interesting that she groups personal or family opposition to using contraception as one concept. The experiences and risks that a woman goes through when she has a personal opposition to contraception, compared to when the family/partner are opposed to it are very different and I understand that would require a very different approach, especially regarding partner opposition to contraception, which can still be prevalent in some contexts in Mexico.
