Hi,

I am using the US Immune deficiency Network dataset to describe patients who have had allergic reactions to any treatment.

For the Table  I will be performing descriptive analysis of variables  including Age, Gender and Race. I was not planning on performing statistical analysis for that Table, which per previous threads seems like it is not required.

For the Figure, I have created a simple bar graph showing the incidence of Allergic Reaction by Gender. Since they are both dichotomous variables, I did Chi2 to see if there is a difference and will mention that in the legend. I was wondering if the bar graph and the simple chi2 test is sufficient for the figure portion of the final project?

Aisha,

   Overall I'd say this would fit the minimal requirement.  If you could find something to put into a figure as opposed to two dichotomous variables, it would be preferred, but we will accept your figure as is.  Even a simple representation of say age over Allergic Reaction would be nice.  Make sure you label your axis and include a figure legend so the information your trying to convey is displayed clearly.
