Figure req for diagnostic accuracy study

Hi--I am conducting a diagnostic accuracy study; I was wondering whether I could satisfy the figure requirement with a flowchart of the study.

Preparing the chart required a series of tabulations on Stata, but I made the actually chart on MS Word (rather than Excel). Will this be suitable? Thanks!
