For HW4: there is a mistake in the website setting: the maximum number of points fort the first part is 13 and not 100. Also, currently there is no space to upload part 2 for HW4. This should be available shortly. Sorry for any inconvenience. If you need to submit the 2nd part of your HW prior to the link being available, please email me directly otherwise I would appreciate if you can hold the submission until the link is ready.
